Research Assistant
Responsibilities
- Collect economic, climate, and public policy data from national and international sources.
- Conduct basic data analysis and visualization to support research activities.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and knowledge dissemination materials.
- Support coordination tasks, technical discussions, and preparation for research events and program launches.
- Document research processes, references, and supporting literature.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Statistics, Environmental Studies, International Relations, or related fields.
- Some research or internship experience, preferably in environmental economics, climate change, development fields, or sustainable development.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, or Python).
- Good research literacy and academic writing skills.
- Able to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong English writing and communication skills are an advantage.
