Novia Sari is a Researcher at KOMITMEN.
Previously, she worked as an IELTS Tutor at Schoters (2020–present), Economic Research Assistant at I-Redi Institute (2020–2021), Financial Staff at the Suliki Village Office (2019–2022), English Tutor & Educational Consultant at the Insan Cita Bangsa Foundation (2018–2022), Intern at the Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) Padang Branch (2015–2016), and Teaching Assistant at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang (2015–2016).
She completed a Bachelor of Islamic Economics from the State Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang (2012–2016) and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Economics at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) (2024–present)
